Meet a Team Member – Conrad Noche
As part of our continuing blog series, Meet a Team Member, we are excited to introduce Conrad Noche who has been with the company for seventeen years.
How did you join Vertilocity?
I saw an advertisement for the job and applied for it. I was working in Dormont and I didn’t like having to pay for parking. I also didn’t feel challenged there, I wasn’t learning a lot and wanted an opportunity to change that.
What is the gadget that you can’t live without?
My cell phone, it connects everything business and personal life.
How has your business evolved over the last 5 years?
We now do less onsite work because so much more can be done remotely, which has drastically improved the way we can do business.
What is the latest breakthrough in your industry?
Wearable technology is the biggest upcoming trend in technology, things such as Google glasses and Apple watches.
Who is your favorite vendor?
Newegg. It has all the computer parts you would need for a PC. It’s like a candy shop for a tech person.
What inspires you?
Bacon, after getting a rush of cholesterol. It allows me to think more clearly.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
To be adaptable and understanding when working in the customers service industry; everyone has their quirks.
