We are so proud of our latest achievement that we have asked our President, Bruce Nelson to share his thoughts.
I’ve written about this on several occasions and it continues to be a topic I find particularly important for small and mid-sized organizations. When it comes to evaluating IT staff or partners IT Certifications Matter.
Most people won’t take their vehicles to a service repair shop unless that shop is certified to work for their manufacturer. But, they will hire or partner with IT resources that don’t have a single certification. We take this seriously. Vertilocity has training requirements for our team, we try certification and coordinate our competency goals with our client’s requirements now and going forward. Experience is always important but partners who aren’t training and testing are simply learning on their client’s dime.
Ok, I’ll get off my soap box now and I am very excited to announce the Vertilocity has attained the Gold Status for the Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions Competency. I am VERY PROUD of our team. The competency requires: multiple individuals pass requisite exams, multiple customer references, and significant implementation experience.
Our clients requirements are changing and we’ve coordinated our training and efforts to make sure we have the skills set necessary to help them through these changes. A lot of “computer guys” and IT Partners will tell you they can handle you Office365 migration or implementation needs but we have demonstrated it. In fact we successfully implemented Office365 solutions over and over and over again.
