We are excited to announce that effective September 1, 2021 Vertical Solutions has been acquired by HBK IT, LLC an IT Consulting affiliate of HBK CPA’s.  This transaction merges HBK IT and Vertical Solutions teams, thereby expanding the capabilities both geographically and within industry expertise.  Going forward the organization will be called Vertilocity. 

We have created a list of frequently asked questions that come up during transactions of this nature.  Our team will also be reaching out directly to address any questions you may have related to your account.  We appreciate the chance to work with you and your organization as we expand our services and expertise.

Q. What happens to the existing Vertical Solutions staff?

A. All current VS team members will be transitioning to the new organization and Bruce Nelson will be President of Vertilocity.

Q. Will this have any impact on my current contract?

A. Existing contracts will be transitioned as is. Consistent with our current renewal process, we will continue to meet with clients, review accounts, make recommendations and provide the highest level of services

Q. How do I contact the helpdesk and my account manager?

A. All contact information will remain the same for the first couple months and the teams that are currently assigned to support you will remain as is.  As we roll out the new name and domain (Vertilocity) we’ll update contact information as needed. 

Q. Will there be any new tools that need to be installed on our system to communicate with the helpdesk or technical teams?   

A. No, our current platforms will remain in place.  In fact, many of our technology solutions are aligned with the current HBK IT solutions minimizing any short- or long-term changes for either client base.

Q. What additional resources and capabilities might be available to my organization?

A. A. During the discussions between the firms, it was clear that our core values were mutually aligned.  By focusing first and foremost on our clients and people we will continue to expend our technical expertise and geographic reach to add value within the client base and for new clients.  Client satisfaction, team development and expended industry expertise will be at the forefront of our future growth.

Q. Will there be any changes to the billing process?

A. The billing process will remain the same for the first couple months with the exception of the new name and the remit to details.  As we merge our systems, we will be able to offer some additional options to help streamline this process.
