Meet a Team Member: Ben Speca
How long have you been with the company and what is your current position?
I have been the organization 2 ½ years and I am the Vice President of ERP Services.
What do you do on an everyday basis?
The dynamic nature of Vertilocity business requires that each day be a little different. As a general outline, I drink a lot of coffee. I touch base with the Vertical’s Consultants and Account Managers to address on-going projects, support items, or sales related opportunities. I generally review the team’s schedules along with any support incidents that may have been created during the prior day. However, at any point in time there can be conference calls, ad-hoc client interaction, and “hands-on” work with the staff depending on the needs of our customers.
What is your favorite thing about working in the office?
I truly enjoy the people at Vertical and the sense of humor and unique personalities contained within the organization. I am happy to say that I get a least one good laugh once a day.

Spending time with my family, traveling, and reading.
