Video Friday: Football season is here, stay on top of every game!

Our customers know we are crazy about technology, but let’s change gears for a second… football season has started! That means when we aren’t at work focused on making our customers technology work for them, we are at home in our jerseys and gearing up for the big day. We understand the struggle of juggling work and personal calendars, and now to add football to the mix, YIKES! And maybe some of you follow one team only, but it seems many of us are involved in fantasy leagues and get involved in just about every game that we can, and that’s just the NFL. There’s even over 100 college teams and bowls, playoffs and championships (is your head spinning yet?). Staying on top of the season can be tough, we get it. Luckily, Outlook on Office 365 makes it easy.

In August, Microsoft announced interesting calendars in Outlook on the web to help track a range of events, and it’s got you covered for football. This awesome new feature makes it easy to stay on top of the action simply by adding all the games for your favorite teams to your calendar.

To add your team’s schedule to your Outlook.com or Office 365 calendar:

  1. Log in to Outlook on the web.
  2. View your calendar and then click Add calendar.
  3. Select Interesting calendar.
  4. Select Sports, the sport category and then your favorite team.

Once added, your events are synced across all your devices and automatically updated if there is a change in the schedule. There’s a lot of football between now and January—we want you to know when your team is playing next.
