Vertilocity Announces Merger with Relevant CRM

July 5, 2023 – Pittsburgh, Pa. – Managed service provider Vertilocity, an HBK company, announced today it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Raleigh, N.C.-based Relevant CRM. Relevant CRM has been providing business solutions in marketing, sales, quote automation, and customer relationship management since 1997.

Relevant sells and implements, trains, and supports its clients on its core software products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform. Its primary focus has been on the equipment rental and technology solutions sector.

The combined firms will operate as Vertilocity, the product of an August 2021 merger between Vertical Solutions and HBK IT. The Vertilocity operates out of HBK offices in Pittsburgh and Holmdel, New Jersey, and in the Denver, Colorado area. Vertilocity was among the earliest in the field of managed services providers and offers a vast array of IT-related services and support, including proactive managed IT support, advanced threat protection, Office 365 management and support, technological tools and software designed to address an organization’s specific processes, and hardware procurement and installation. The firm specializes in working with healthcare businesses and institutions.
